(DENVER) -- Denver linebacker Von Miller took to Twitter early Tuesday morning to guarantee the Broncos will win the Super Bowl championship next season. The 23-year-old Miller says he’s dedicating the 2013 campaign to his 6-year-old cousin, who recently emerged from a coma after a car accident in Texas.

Miller tweeted: “You can post this where ever..Denver broncos will win the Super Bowl 2013." That tweet followed the announcement of his cousin’s recovery.

The Broncos finished last season with a record of 13-3, earning the number one seed in the AFC playoffs. Their post-season push was derailed in the Divisional round when they fell to the eventual Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens in overtime, 38-35.
